• Contact/lead information: names, phone numbers, and any custom details you or your business choose to store about your customers or leads (e.g. sector, status, notes).
• Usage data: basic technical information such as login times and actions taken within the dashboard, for security and troubleshooting purposes.

We use the information collected to:

• Send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of your business through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API)
• Store and display conversation history and lead records within your dashboard
• Provide automated, rule-based replies and message templates that you configure
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Quantize CRM platform
• Communicate with you about your account or support requests

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We share information only:

• With Meta Platforms, Inc., as required to operate the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), since messages are transmitted through Meta's infrastructure
• With service providers who help us host and operate the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, database providers), under confidentiality obligations
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quantize CRM, our users, or others

4. Data Retention

We retain conversation and lead data for as long as your business account remains active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we store, including access controls and secure storage practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
