Welcome to Quantize CRM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantize CRM platform, including our WhatsApp Business messaging and lead management services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Quantize CRM provides businesses with tools to send and receive WhatsApp messages via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), store conversation history, manage customer/lead records, and configure rule-based automated replies and approved message templates.
To use the Service, you must be a business or authorized representative of a business, and you must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies at all times, including obtaining proper consent from your customers before messaging them.
We will operate the Service with reasonable care, provide access to the messaging, storage, and automation features described, and take reasonable steps to protect the data you store with us, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive messages. Your use of the Service is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or policy changes made by Meta that affect the Service.
Any applicable subscription or usage fees will be communicated to you separately at the time of onboarding. Message-related costs charged directly by Meta (per conversation) are separate from any fees charged by Quantize CRM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantize CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data, business, or messaging access due to third-party (including Meta) actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
